Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, your remedy is Coastal Package Protection (our optional protection selected at checkout). With Package Protection, a verified carrier issue is resolved with a replacement order reshipped upon claim verification. Without Package Protection, the fulfillment contract is considered complete once the carrier marks the package delivered, and the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Order cancellations
Due to the specialized nature of lyophilized research chemical compounds, orders cannot be canceled, amended, or modified once submitted and processed. All transactions are final.
