Shipping & Package Protection Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days via expedited carriers. Due to the research-grade nature of lyophilized peptide compounds, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
With Coastal Package Protection (optional fee calculated at checkout)
By selecting our optional Package Protection during checkout, your research lot is 100% guaranteed against loss, theft, or physical damage during transit. If a verified carrier issue occurs, a replacement order will be processed and reshipped immediately upon claim verification.
Without Coastal Package Protection
If the customer declines this protection, Coastal Premium Wellness LLC considers the fulfillment contract complete once the package is marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS). We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or stolen after successful delivery. In those situations, the client assumes all financial risk and must file a claim directly with the transportation carrier.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized nature of lyophilized research chemical compounds, orders cannot be canceled, amended, or modified once they have been submitted and processed through our system. All transactions are considered final.

Shipping Zones
We ship exclusively within the domestic United States (USA Domestic). We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
A flat rate of $10.00 per order applies to all domestic shipments, regardless of how many vials are in the order.
Orders of $200.00 or more ship free. The threshold is measured on the order subtotal after any discount, and does not include the optional Package Protection fee.

We operate through USPS and UPS Ground.
Processing Time
Orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within a strict window of 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Return / Refund Policy
Because these are reactive research-grade chemical compounds that require strict molecular stability control, all sales are strictly final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted.
