General Questions

Each production lot has its respective Certificate of Analysis (COA), issued by United States-based laboratories.

Lyophilized peptides are highly stable at room temperature during transit. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the vials in a dry, dark environment at -20°C (-4°F) or under standard refrigeration (2°C to 8°C / 36°F to 46°F) to preserve maximum shelf life.

No. Unreconstituted Bacteriostatic Water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as an antimicrobial agent and must be stored outside the refrigerator in a cool, dry, and dark environment. Refrigeration can alter its pH or cause crystallization. Once a vial of peptide is reconstituted with the water, that specific peptide vial must go directly into refrigeration.

Yes. Every order is tied to a specific lot number. Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA Library, where you can view and download the report for any compound. If the lot on your vial is not listed yet, contact our support team and we will send the matching report.

No. We strictly supply qualified professionals, independent researchers, and biotechnology laboratories. We do not provide mixing, dosage, or administration guidelines, as these products are exclusively for in-vitro research.

By selecting our optional Package Protection at checkout, your research lot is guaranteed 100% against loss, theft, or physical damage during transit. If a verified carrier issue occurs, a replacement order is processed and reshipped upon claim verification. Without Package Protection, the fulfillment contract is considered complete once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
